Operation Eagle is Iron Harvest’s third major expansion, following on from the success of Operation Zulu (a standalone tactical-action game) and the recently released Operation Overlord. Operation Eagle promises to be Iron Harvest’s most ambitious standalone expansion yet, as players must lead the Allies in the D-Day invasion of Normandy – all while the Germans are building their own preparations which threaten to derail the Allied plans. You’re part of the elite US Army Ranger unit, tasked with storming the beaches of Normandy, and one of the first units to land at Sword Beach.

The cannabis industry is getting a lot of attention as of lately. The industry has been growing fast, especially in the United States, where the number of marijuana-related jobs has risen by 144,000 since 2007, and in Canada, where employment has grown by more than 50% since 2006.

Operation Eagle is an upcoming expansion to Iron Harvest, a tactical/strategy game for PC that we developed exclusively for indie publisher tinyBuild Games. In Operation Eagle the German army, now led by General Erwin Rommel, is called to the field in North Africa to defeat the Allies once and for all. Their task is to take the Allied invasion forces from the air, stop their landings and take back the initiative back. Operation Eagle is currently in development and not yet ready for release.

Operation Eagle is Iron Harvest’s second major expansion, and it continues the series’ focus on historical events and organisations, this time set during the Cold War. Operation Eagle is the perfect expansion to someone who already enjoyed the first two chapters, and provides an interesting progression of stories for people who have yet to play Iron Harvest. The Operation Eagle map has a new military region, and the new playable factions include the Red Army, the NATO, the East German Army, the Afghan Intelligence Directorate, and the NATO Special Forces.

Iron Harvest, an online multiplayer game that pits players against each other in a post-apocalyptic steampunk setting, has been making steady progress since its launch in April. One of the few games to use real-world physics in-game, Iron Harvest’s developers have been rolling out new content and features on a monthly basis. Operation Eagle, an expansion that was announced at this year’s GDC, will introduce new visuals and story elements, as well as new mechanics and upgrades.
